The last thing you want to do is load up a diaper bag and head out somewhere.
Instead, let me come to your house for a cozy in-home newborn session, guided by the rhythms you’ve begun to establish as a family.
These aren't just newborn photos.
They're the first pages of a precious new chapter.
What I want to capture is the quiet, lovely truth of those early days: your newborn stretching their arms overhead, an older sibling peeking into the bassinet, the expression on your face as you cradle baby in your arms.
Instead of highly posed shots, we’ll alternate between soft, gentle portraits and day-in-the-life scenes, from feedings and diaper changes to sibling snuggles.

Which is why I:
Only book one newborn session per day, because babies don't always adhere to timelines. (Ever.)
Bring onesies, blankets, and swaddles for baby (because you don't need more laundry).
Move at an unhurried pace during your session, with ample time built in to take care of baby so they're always comfortable
Offer newborn videos that we can capture right alongside your photos in the session, adding another dimension without extra scheduling for you.
Embrace your baby's village, whether that's your pup, a toddler sibling, or the grandparents who came in from out of town to support your family in the first few weeks.

My baby-led approach to newborn photography
There are so many ways to photograph and film newborns – but experience has led me to design my sessions with you in mind:

We let baby take the reins.
If there's one thing I know, it's that babies have their own agenda. I book only one session a day so we can take as many feeding or snuggle breaks as baby needs.
We take a natural, timeless approach.
Props and poses go out of fasion. Simple, light-filled images and cozy moments never will.
Baby's entire village is welcome.
Siblings, grandparents, the friends you chose as godparents - we always love to include them in your session (and I'll give you tips so they don't take over).

About Me
As hard as it is to believe, the newborn chapter passes by so quickly. I’m here to document it all, in your home and at your pace.
As an experienced newborn photographer and a mom of 2 boys, nothing surprises me when it comes to babies. From diaper blowouts to cluster feeding and tongue-ties, I’ve seen it all – and I know how to roll with the punches.
Before you book your newborn session, here's what I want you to know:
Your baby's comfort is a priority, which is why I favor genuine interaction and cuddles over unnatural poses.
There's no such thing as "good behavior" when it comes to newborns. They'll cry. They'll need diaper changes or bottles or both. We'll make time for it all.
Siblings aren't just welcome, they're an essential piece of your family's story. We'll make sure they're included as well - and chances are that those may be your favorite photos in the end.
Each of my newborn photography collections includes high-resolution digital images for printing and sharing.
You don't need in-person gallery reveals or high-pressure sales. You're already busy in this season of life (and sleeping whenever you can), so your gallery is set up for you to look at your photos and choose your art whenever you feel up for it - even if it's during a late-night nursing session.

– One: I take a limited number of babies each month, because newborn sessions require flexibility, and giving each one plenty of attention is my top priority.
– Two: If you’re interested in adding a maternity session to your package, reaching out in the second trimester gives us plenty of time to plan before your due date arrives.
We use your due date as a placeholder on my calendar (with the understanding that babies don’t ever pay attention to their due dates, of course).
Once your little one arrives, you’ll send me a message, and we’ll plan our session for sometime when baby is 2-4 weeks old.
And if your baby has already arrived, you can still book me! I do newborn sessions for babies up to 3 months old, because I know how overwhelming those first weeks can be.

Your session fee ensures that I have space on my calendar reserved for you around your baby’s due date window. It also covers behind-the-scenes work that sets us up for stunning photos, including:
A detailed prep guide
Travel to your home anywhere in Pinellas County
An unhurried home session - plan for 1.5-2 hours so we can work around contact naps, cluster feeding, and diaper changes
Freshly laundered onesies, swaddles, and blankets to use during the session
Hand editing and retouching for every image in the gallery
A private online gallery where you can review your photos whenever it's convenient for you
Newborn Photography Collections
After your session, I’ll send you a gallery where you can review the images on your own time. Once you’ve had a chance to look at them, you can decide which collection is right for you.
Each collection includes a set number of high-resolution digital images that you can download – and print, of course! These are perfect for holiday cards, birth announcements, and gifts for members of your baby’s village.
You’ll also receive print credit that you can apply towards heirloom-quality artwork, prints, and albums of your favorites.
Video can be added to any newborn session – your whole world, captured on film with you in the scene.
When you book your newborn session, you’ll also have the option to add on maternity and/or milestone sessions, so that we can document every stage of this new chapter in your life as a family.

What if my baby is fussy the whole session?
This is why our sessions are “baby-led.” If baby needs a fresh diaper, a feeding, or a snuggle, we’ll take care of that first. We move at their pace, and I plan for plenty of time to let everyone settle in.
There’s no such thing as “best behavior” for a newborn, and many of the loveliest photos come as you’re soothing and calming your baby.
What happens if baby comes early?
It turns out that babies don’t always stick to their due dates! If baby makes an early debut, focus on navigating the first few days or weeks. We’ll aim to schedule our session 2-4 weeks after they come home.
What should we wear?
Once your session is booked you’ll receive my exclusive session prep guide where I walk you through what photographs beautifully—especially in those early postpartum days. I’ll be bringing neutral-colored onesies and swaddles for baby, so you don’t need to plan for them unless there’s something special you know you want them to wear. And I’m always happy to give outfit feedback if you want help narrowing it down!
When will we do the session?
Most newborn sessions get scheduled in that window when baby is 2-3 weeks old—still small little newborns, but they’ve filled out a little and everyone has had a chance to settle in. But that being said, we have a lot of flexibility and can schedule when it is best for your family.
You’ll start by reserving your due date when booking, and once baby arrives we’ll schedule your actual session date and time.
If baby has already arrived, reach out and I’ll see if I have any openings for a last-minute newborn session.
Do I need to clean or prepare the house?
Nope! No deep cleaning necessary. A simple tidy-up where you clear the nightstands next to your bed, pop on a fresh sheet, and clear the space in front of the crib or rocker is all you need—I’ll take care of the rest.
When do we get our photos back?
Within two weeks of your session, you’ll receive a gallery of fully edited images. I know time is at a premium when you have a newborn, so you’ll be able to review them at home, then choose your collection and order your artwork when you’re ready.
Do you do maternity sessions?
Yes, I offer maternity sessions to families who have booked me or are booking me as their newborn photographer.
