Let’s pass on the highly posed, studio-style shots that don’t reflect what this season feels like, and say yes to a gentler, more natural approach: no props, no pressure, and absolutely nothing that puts your baby in an unsafe or uncomfortable position.
Instead, we’ll capture the quiet, beautiful truth of these early days—your baby curled up in your arms, stretching in their bassinet, and being adored by their family. We’ll take it slow, follow their lead, and include the real stuff too: feedings, diaper changes, and siblings climbing in to say hello. It’s all part of your family’s story, and it’s all worth remembering.
That’s why I only book one newborn session per day.
You deserve the chance to slow down and soak in all of the moments that you want to remember forever.
During our session there’s no pressure, no rush, and no expectation that your baby will behave a certain way. We’ll take time to capture baby’s solo portraits and will also take time to celebrate baby with those who love them most—siblings, parents, pets, and even grandparents.

All sessions include high resolution digital images you can print, share, and keep forever
You’ll receive professionally printed artwork created with your favorite images at no additional cost
A private online gallery to view, download, and shop for images and artwork on your own schedule
Optional add-ons are available for maternity and milestone sessions—so you don’t miss a single plot point in baby’s first year

Newborn session pricing is designed to be clear, flexible, and completely baby-friendly—from first inquiry to final gallery.
Most families reserve their baby’s due date in advance, which secures a spot on my calendar during that time frame. Once your little one arrives we’ll set the actual date and time for your session—usually around the 2-to-3 week mark, when baby is still little and new but your family has had a moment to settle in.
If your baby is already here, don’t worry. I keep space in my schedule for last-minute sessions whenever possible.
Booking Your Session
Booking your session begins with a $350 retainer. This holds space on my calendar and covers everything I bring to the table:

- Custom session planning and an exclusive prep guide to help you feel confident before we even begin
- Travel to your home (anywhere in Pinellas County)
- A calm, unhurried session at home (1.5-2 hours is usually just right)
- Freshly laundered onesies, swaddles, and blankets provided for your use
- Hand editing and retouching of every delivered image
- A beautifully curated private online gallery set up just for your family
This session retainer is a one-time, up-front payment that covers all of the behind-the-scenes work so you can relax and let me take care of making it look beautiful.
Collections
After you’ve seen the images from our session together, you’ll choose from one of my curated collections.
Collections start at $850
Each collection includes a set number of high-resolution digital images for download (with printing rights, of course—you’re welcome to use your favorites for announcements, gifts, or your holiday cards!)
You’ll also receive print credit, which is my fancy way of gifting you spending money to apply toward heirloom-quality artwork of your favorite images that is professionally printed to endure for generations.

Newborn sessions are designed to flow with your baby’s needs. There’s plenty of time for feeding, changing, and taking care of baby’s needs so they can settle in and get comfy. I’ll gently guide you throughout the session, and we’ll take everything at your baby’s pace. No pressure, no rush, and no need for anyone to be on their “best behavior.”
When will we get our photos back?
You’ll receive your fully edited images within two weeks of your session—delivered in a private online gallery where you can preview your photos, choose your collection, and use your print credit to order artwork when you’re ready.
What should we wear?
Once your session is booked you’ll receive my exclusive session prep guide where I walk you through what photographs beautifully—especially in those early postpartum days. I’ll be bringing neutral-colored onesies and swaddles for baby, so you don’t need to plan for them unless there’s something special you know you want them to wear. And I’m always happy to give outfit feedback if you want help narrowing it down!
When will we do the session?
Most newborn sessions get scheduled in that window when baby is 2-3 weeks old—still small little newborns, but they’ve filled out a little and everyone has had a chance to settle in. But that being said, we have a lot of flexibility and can schedule when it is best for your family.
You’ll start by reserving your due date when booking, and once baby arrives we’ll schedule your actual session date and time.
If baby has already arrived, reach out and I’ll see if I have any openings for a last-minute newborn session.
Do I need to clean or prepare the house?
Nope! No deep cleaning necessary. A simple tidy-up where you clear the nightstands next to your bed, pop on a fresh sheet, and clear the space in front of the crib or rocker is all you need—I’ll take care of the rest.
