Meet Audra of Til Death Weddings & Design | Tampa Wedding Planner Spotlight

Wedding

Every once in a while, you meet someone in the wedding world who just feels like sunshine. That’s exactly how I felt when I met Audra, the planner and owner behind Til Death Weddings & Design in Tampa, Florida.

We first connected at a local wedding expo, and I later invited her out for coffee – partly because I loved her energy, and partly because I wanted to learn more about the heart behind her business. Within minutes, I could tell she’s one of those people who leads with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care.

A Well-Rounded Background in the Tampa Bay Wedding Industry

Although Til Death Weddings & Design officially launched in early 2025, Audra is far from new to weddings. She’s spent years working as both a venue planner and a florist, giving her a unique understanding of how all the moving parts of a wedding fit together.

That experience means she communicates beautifully with other vendors, anticipates what couples need, and creates a sense of calm on the wedding day. It’s clear that collaboration and communication are her superpowers.

If you’d like to see what brilliant planning looks like in action, take a peek at this Pass-a-Grille Beach Wedding I photographed at sunset. The same thoughtful teamwork Audra values is exactly what makes days like that so effortless and joyful.

Planning Packages Built with Intention

Audra’s services at Til Death Weddings & Design are intentionally structured to meet couples right where they are in their planning journey.

Day-Of Coordination

Her most popular service begins about 60 days before the wedding, giving her time to learn each couple’s priorities and timeline. On the big day, she’s the first to arrive, the last to leave, and the person quietly keeping everything on track so her couples can stay present.

Partial Planning

This option is perfect for couples who love being part of the process but want help managing the details. Audra handles vendor research, gathers recommendations that fit the couple’s style and budget, and narrows everything down to top-tier options. Couples stay in control of their decisions while she handles the behind-the-scenes logistics. And in addition to her planning assistance, couples get to have Audra’s Day-Of Coordination as part of the package too.

Full-Service Planning

For busy professionals or entrepreneurs who want to enjoy the fun parts of planning without the overwhelm, Audra offers full-service planning. She manages communication with vendors, handles bookings, crafts the timeline, and ensures the entire vision comes together seamlessly, while still being there on the wedding day itself as their coordinator.

A Style that Blends Elegance and Depth

Audra’s aesthetic leans toward sophisticated, editorial weddings with rich color palettes: think emerald greens, burgundies, and layered neutrals. She’s drawn to couples who value both design and meaning, and she loves creating celebrations that feel timeless, personal, and full of heart.

What I love most, though, is her philosophy: she sees her role not as directing her couples, but as helping them make the best decisions for their priorities. Her job is to guide, research, and advocate – not to impose a particular look. That kind of couple-centered approach is rare and refreshing.

The Heart Behind the Business

Outside of weddings, Audra is endlessly creative. She crochets, does woodworking (she’s even building her baby’s crib!), and co-owns a chain of gyms with her husband. She’s expecting her first child this fall and plans to take a short maternity leave before returning to weddings and styled shoots in the spring.

Her business name, Til Death Weddings & Design, is a celebration of lifelong commitment and the beauty of building something meant to last, and it couldn’t feel more fitting for the work she does.

Why I’m Excited to Work with Her

While I haven’t yet photographed a wedding alongside Audra, I’m genuinely looking forward to the day that I do. She’s exactly the kind of planner who makes a wedding day run smoothly: calm under pressure, deeply kind, and always thinking one step ahead.

If you’re looking for a Tampa wedding planner who will advocate for you, collaborate beautifully with your vendor team, and help bring your vision to life, take the time to connect with her.

You can find Audra at Til Death Weddings & Design, or follow her on social media for inspiration and behind-the-scenes glimpses into her planning process.
