Before I was a photographer I was a mom, an elementary school teacher, and before that a nanny. And those experiences still shape everything I do. I know how to meet kids where they are, help them feel at ease, and keep things fun (even if they’re feeling shy, silly, or wildly free). No stiff poses or forced smiles - just you being you.

A St. Pete-based photographer with a background in teaching, a patient presence that helps kids feel welcomed, and a love for capturing honest, emotion-filled moments.
As a mom, I’ve been in your shoes. Had the hope for family photos that we could hang all over our walls, and I too have experienced the overwhelm of sifting through all our different options.
What I’ve learned about finding a photographer is that the MOST important thing is to find someone who truly shows up wanting to celebrate every member of your family. Who finds them lovely and fascinating and a joy to be around.
Because it’s a vulnerable experience to step in front of someone’s camera. It can bring on the feels in you and your kids. And having someone there who can get everyone comfortable and guide you so you end up having the most wonderful family memories in your time together?

Booking Your Session
Booking your session starts with $250 retainer. This secures your family’s spot on my calendar and covers everything I bring to the table:
Custom session planning that is tailored to your family’s needs and desires
Location and wardrobe guidance
Travel to and from your chosen spot in Pinellas County
A relaxed, unhurried session (an hour is usually the sweet spot, but there’s no timer here!)
Hand editing and retouching of every delivered image
A beautifully curated private online gallery set up just for your family
This session retainer is a one-time, up-front payment that covers all of the behind-the-scenes work so you can simply show up and enjoy a session designed just for your family.
Images & Video
All images are delivered to you, fully retouched, in a private online preview gallery, to view before making any decision about what to purchase.
Each collection includes a set number of high-resolution digital images for download (with printing rights, of course – you have my blessing to use your favorites for holiday cards when the season rolls around!!)
You’ll also receive print credit, which is my fancy way of saying that I’ll be gifting you a little spending money to go towards turning your favorite images into heirloom-quality artwork that is professionally printed to endure for generations.
Video can be added to any photo session.

As a St. Pete family photographer, I know plenty of locations that can accommodate you. On our Dream Call, share any details you can, and I’ll be able to recommend a location that works for your family.
How long will our family session last?
An hour tends to be the sweet spot. It gives everyone time to warm up so we can get photos with real personality, but it doesn’t wear everyone out.
That said, we can always design a longer session when that suits the vision you have in mind.
And because I only book one session a day, there’s flexibility built in to deal with life’s little surprises, from tantrums to outfit changes.
Can you help with artwork design?
Absolutely yes! Most of my families find that the ordering process is easy and intuitive, but I’m always here for you if you need a second set of eyes or want help creating something extra special for your home.
What should we wear?
My session prep guide walks you through my signature process for choosing outfits that will look beautiful in the finished photos (and that you’ll feel comfy in, which is equally important).
That said, choose something that feels like you, not what you think you “should” wear for a session. That goes for kids, too – we can still get beautiful photos if your four-year-old is in a tutu or Paw Patrol jammies.
When will we get our photos back?
You’ll receive your fully edited images within two weeks of your session—delivered in a private online gallery that allows you to preview what we captured together before deciding which collection is right for your family.
What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
This is one of the main reasons I only photograph one family per day. If an afternoon shower rolls in, we have the flexibility to adjust our timing. And if the day looks like it’s a wash, we’ll reschedule with no issues.
And since we’re in St. Pete, don’t worry: I have a hurricane policy for named storms. We’ll reschedule for a time when it’s safe for everyone. That also applies to any time lightning causes our plans to change.
